Puja & abhisheka bookings
Puja bookings can be cancelled with a full refund up until the priest begins preparation (typically 24 hours before the sankalpa). Within 24 hours of the scheduled puja, rescheduling is offered in place of a refund because temple sankalpa, samagri and priest time are already committed. Once the puja is performed, the booking is non-refundable.
Prasad orders
Prasad is dispatched after the corresponding ritual is performed. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, refunds are issued only if the parcel is lost in transit (verified by tracking) or arrives damaged (photo proof required within 48 hours of delivery).
Accommodation
Stays follow the host's cancellation rules, shown at the time of booking. Devbhakt passes the host's refund to you minus any non-recoverable payment gateway charges.
Astrology services
Free tools (Kundli, Panchang, Matching, Rashifal) involve no payment and have nothing to refund. Paid consultations, if added, are refundable in full if cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled call.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–10 working days. For UPI, refunds usually arrive within 24 hours.
