What we ship
Prasad packets after a sponsored puja or abhisheka, devotional products purchased from the Devbhakt marketplace (idols, malas, books, samagri), and any printed certificate / photographic record associated with your seva.
Shipping partners
We dispatch through India Post Speed Post and reputed private couriers (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC). Partner selection depends on serviceability of the delivery pincode and parcel weight.
Timelines
- Prasad is dispatched within 2 working days after the ritual is performed.
- Marketplace products are dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation.
- Indian addresses typically receive parcels within 5–10 working days of dispatch.
- International deliveries take 10–21 working days, customs delays may extend this.
Charges
Shipping inside India is included in the puja/product price unless explicitly stated. International shipping is charged at actuals and shown at checkout. Import duties levied by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared by email and SMS within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also check the latest status in your Devbhakt account under Orders.
Undelivered / lost parcels
If a parcel is marked undelivered or lost in transit, write to support@devbhakt.com with your Order ID. We coordinate with the courier and either re-ship or refund per our Refund Policy.
