Devbhakt provides AI-assisted devotional guidance, puja bookings, prasad and devotional product purchases. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it for any harmful, fraudulent, or non-devotional purposes.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Our AI companion provides devotional guidance based on classical sources, but responses are not a substitute for a qualified guru, acharya, or medical/legal professional. Verify important rituals with a temple priest where appropriate.

All puja, prasad and product orders are subject to availability and temple/vendor schedules. Once a puja sankalpa is initiated at the temple, the booking is final.

Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant partner (Razorpay). All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

Cancellation and refund terms vary by service (puja, prasad, accommodation). Please write to support@devbhakt.com with your Order ID for assistance. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Prasad and devotional products are dispatched after the relevant ritual or order confirmation. Indian deliveries typically take 5–10 business days; international shipping varies by destination. Tracking is shared via email once dispatched.

All Devbhakt branding, software, content, and AI-generated responses are the property of Devbhakt.com or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non- commercial devotional purposes only.

Devbhakt is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
